	Tim Miller Associates, Inc. provides land planning and environmental services to developers, corporations, municipalities and community planning associations. These include services in the areas of municipal planning, zoning and community development, development feasibility studies, environmental impact statements, wetland delineation and analysis, groundwater and geotechnical sciences, air quality, noise and traffic studies, phase 1 and 2 environmental audits and site assessments, stage 1 archaeology studies, landscape design and related advisory services. Based in Cold Spring, New York Tim Miller Associates, Inc. currently has active projects throughout the greater New York metropolitan area. Services are provided in New Jersey, Connecticut, New York City, and Westchester, Putnam, and Orange, Rockland, Dutchess, Ulster and Sullivan Counties in New York State.	The principal of the firm, Tim Miller, AICP, has more than 23 years of professional experience. TMA's in-house staff offers a depth and breadth of experience rarely found in small to mid-size consulting offices. In-house capabilities include transportation planning, traffic, environmental and community planning, economics, water resources, biology and natural sciences, environmental impact assessment, hydrogeology, hazardous waste investigations, asbestos services. landscape design and wetland delineation. 	From New York City By Car: Henry Hudson Parkway North to Saw Mill River Parkway (exit 3) Take Saw Mill to Taconic State Parkway North to Cold Spring exit (Rt. 301 West). Follow Rt. 301 about 10 miles to Cold Spring. Rte. 301 turns into Main Street, see below "Once You're in Cold Spring". From New York City by Rail: Take the Hudson Line from Grand Central Station to Cold Spring Station. Cross tracks via pedestrian underpass and walk to Fish Street next to the dance studio. Continue on Fish Street, left onto North Street and our entrance is on the left. From Northern Jersey By Car: Palisades Parkway North to Bear Mountain Bridge exit. Cross Bear Mountain Bridge and follow Rt. 9D North about 9 Miles to Cold Spring. At the traffic light, turn left onto Main Street, see below "Once You're in Cold Spring". From Massachusetts & Connecticut: I-84 West to Route 9 exit in Fishkill. South on Route 9 to Route 301 West to Cold Spring. Rte. 301 turns into Main Street, see below "Once You're in Cold Spring". Once You're In Cold Spring... Follow Main Street to just before the railroad tracks, turn left onto Lunn Terrace and follow it over the train tracks bearing right. At the end of the bridge, turn right onto Market Street, continue straight to stop sign. At the stop sign, continue straight over Main St. to Fish Street, bear left onto North Street and TMA parking lot is on your left.
