Tim Miller Associates secured entitlements and permits for the 850,000 sf retail center known as the Marketplace at Newburgh for Wilder Balter Partners. The site is 187 acres and located at a prime spot on Route 300 near I-84 in the town of Newburgh. That project has recently been sold to Ridgefield Development out of Boston, who is initiating construction.

As part of the conditions of approval from the US Army Corps of Engineers, a 2 acre wetland will need to be constructed to replace a wetland where a stormwater basin had to be built.

TMA has recently been retained by Ridgefield Development to prepare a revised landscape design and initiate work on the constructed wetland. Site clearing has already been accomplished and a fully functional wetland will be in place by the fall of this year.
